Anhel Alberta Cape (born 14 May 1978) is a former middle-distance runner from Guinea-Bissau who specialized in the 800 metres event. She competed for Guinea-Bissau at two consecutive Summer Olympic Games: the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, both in the 800m races.
At the 2000 Sydney Olympics, Cape finished seventh in her heat and did not advance to the next round. At the 2004 Athens Olympics, she did not finish her heat. In both instances, she failed to progress beyond the preliminary heats.
Cape is notable for being the first woman to represent Guinea-Bissau at the Olympic Games, making her Olympic debut in 2000 and inaugurating female participation for her country at the Olympics.
