Anasthesia Achiaa (born 20 December 2003) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Turkish Women's Super League club Beylerbeyi and the Ghana women's national team.

Club Career
Achiaa began her senior career in Ghana, playing for Sea Lions Football Club as a defender from 2019 to 2020. She then joined fellow Ghanaian side Ampem Darkoa Ladies in 2020. In July 2023, she transferred to Turkish club Beylerbeyi Kadin Futbol, competing in the Turkish Women's Football Super League.
International Career
Achiaa has represented Ghana at multiple youth levels, including the U17 and U20 national teams, and has also earned caps for the senior Ghana women's national team.
