Ameranna florida is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Pisaniidae.
Taxonomy and Description
The species was originally described in 2008 by malacologist E. F. García under the name Anna florida, based on specimens collected from the Florida Keys. In 2012, it was reassigned to the newly established genus Ameranna by B. Landau and G. J. Vermeij.
Distribution
This species is endemic to the western Atlantic, specifically recorded from the Florida Keys region.
