Alla Mikayelyan
Alla Mikayelyan (Armenian: Ալլա Միքայելյան; born January 26, 1969) is an Armenian politician who served as a member of the National Assembly of Armenia from 2019 to 2021.
Early Life and Education
Alla Mikayelyan was born on January 26, 1969. She pursued higher education at Yerevan State University, graduating in 1991 from the Faculty of Chemistry.
Political Career
Mikayelyan became actively involved in Armenian national politics and successfully ran for a seat in the National Assembly of Armenia. She was elected during the 2018 parliamentary elections, representing the My Step Alliance (Իմ քայլը դաշինք), which was the ruling political bloc at the time. During her parliamentary tenure, Mikayelyan served as a member of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs, contributing to legislative discussions and oversight within this domain. Her term in the National Assembly concluded in 2021.
