Aliya Mustafina (Russian: Алия Мустафина; born 30 September 1994) is a Russian artistic gymnast who has competed at the senior international level since 2010. She is a multiple Olympic and World Championships medalist, renowned for her technical skill on uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
Early Life and Training Mustafina was born in Yegoryevsk, Moscow Oblast, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. She began gymnastics at the age of six and later trained at the Russian national training center in Moscow under the guidance of coaches Svetlana Razıs** (also spelled Sergey T. ) and later under the head coach and former gymnast Elena Dolgopolova.
