Alexis I. duPont High School is a public secondary school serving grades 9–12 in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. It operates under the Alexis I. duPont School District and is the district's sole high school.

The school opened in 1997, consolidating the former H. B. duPont Middle School and the former Alexis I. duPont Regional High School facilities. It was named in honor of Alexis I. du Pont (1839–1920), a member of the prominent Du Pont family and former executive of the DuPont Company.
