Alain Beaulé (born 1957) is a Canadian curler from Quebec. He is primarily known for winning the 1986 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship and for his multiple appearances representing Quebec at the Brier, Canada's national men's curling championship.
Career
Beaulé has had a long and distinguished career in Canadian curling, mostly competing out of Quebec.- 1986 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship: Beaulé achieved national recognition in 1986 when he skipped his Quebec team to victory at the Canadian Mixed Curling Championship. His winning team included Malisa Trepanier, Louis Biron, and Lorraine Bowman. This remains a significant highlight of his competitive career.
- Brier Appearances: He represented Quebec at the Brier on several occasions:
- 1987 Labatt Brier: Beaulé skipped the Quebec team at the national championship held in Calgary, Alberta. His team finished with a 4-7 record.
- 1993 Labatt Brier: He played third for the Guy Thibaudeau-skipped Quebec team at the Brier in Kamloops, British Columbia. The team concluded the round robin with a 4-7 record.
- 1996 Labatt Brier: Beaulé returned as skip for Quebec at the 1996 Brier, also held in Kamloops, B.C., finishing with a 3-8 record.
- Coaching: Beyond his playing career, Beaulé has also contributed to the sport as a coach. He coached the Sébastien Robillard team at the 2004 Brier and has been involved in coaching junior curling teams, helping to develop new talent in Quebec curling.
