Adrian Voinea (born 6 August 1974) is a Romanian former professional tennis player. He turned professional in 1992 and retired from the ATP Tour in 2005. Voinea achieved a career‑high ATP singles ranking of world No. 36 on 16 May 1995. Over the course of his career, he won one ATP singles title at the 1995 Copenhagen Open and reached the fourth round of the French Open in 1995. He also represented Romania in Davis Cup competition.
Following his playing career, Voinea has been involved in coaching and tennis administration. He has served as a coach for various players and has contributed to the development of tennis programs in Romania.
