Adam Whitehead (born 17 December 1978) is a British former competitive swimmer who specialized in breaststroke events. He represented Great Britain in international competitions, including the Olympic Games, World Championships, and European Championships, and competed for England at the Commonwealth Games.
Born in Nottingham, England, Whitehead established himself as one of Britain's top breaststroke swimmers in the late 1990s and early 2000s. His career highlights include multiple international medals and appearances at the highest level of the sport.
He competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia, participating in the 100-meter breaststroke, 200-meter breaststroke, and the 4x100-meter medley relay.
