Adam Namm is a Canadian diplomat and public servant who has held various significant roles within the Government of Canada, particularly in foreign affairs, international trade, and public administration.
Career: Namm's diplomatic career includes serving as the Canadian Ambassador to Colombia from 2014 to 2017. Following his ambassadorship, he was appointed Consul General of Canada in Seattle, a position he held from 2017 to 2020. In October 2020, Namm assumed the role of President and CEO of the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), a federal Crown corporation that facilitates international trade for Canadian companies.
Prior to these executive appointments, Namm gained extensive experience in international trade policy and foreign policy.
