Acmocera flavoguttata is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae (longhorn beetles). It was first described by the entomologist Stephan von Breuning in 1935. The species belongs to the genus Acmocera within the subfamily Lamiinae and tribe Acmocerini.
The type locality for this species is Kondué, in the Belgian Congo (present-day Democratic Republic of the Congo). As a member of the Lamiinae subfamily, it is classified among the flat-faced longhorn beetles. The specific epithet flavoguttata is Latin, meaning "yellow-spotted" (flavus = yellow, guttatus = spotted), likely referring to markings on the beetle's body.
