His career has primarily focused on strengthening Kuwait's bilateral relations with numerous countries, particularly within Asia and Latin America.
Murad held the position of Ambassador of Kuwait to the People's Republic of China, a role in which he was instrumental in fostering diplomatic and economic ties between the two nations. His tenure in Beijing coincided with a period of significant growth in Sino-Kuwaiti relations, encompassing cooperation in energy, investment, and cultural exchange.
