Aşağı Göycəli (also known as Göycəli, Gëydzhali, and Gadzhally) is a village and municipality in the Aghstafa District of Azerbaijan. It is located at coordinates 41°06′57″N 45°29′07″E, at an elevation of 341 meters (1,119 feet) above sea level. The village had a population of 1,950 according to one source, and 2,218 according to the 2009 census. The time zone is UTC+4 (AZT). The name "Aşağı" means "lower" in Azerbaijani, distinguishing it from other settlements with the "Göycəli" root in the region.
