A Rollins in the Wry is the ninth spoken word album by American musician and spoken word artist Henry Rollins, released on February 27, 2001, on Quarterstick Records. It was reissued with new artwork on 2.13.61 Records on September 11, 2007.
The album was recorded during a nine-week stint at the Luna Park club in Los Angeles, with performances captured between March 3 and April 27, 1999. Some recordings from these shows were also used for Rollins' DVD Live at Luna Park (2004). The final track, "Encore," was recorded in London on May 18, 1999, and that performance was used for a Comedy Central special titled Live and Ripped in London, which first aired on August 11, 2000.
The album contains 13 tracks spanning a total length of 64 minutes and 24 seconds. Its genres are spoken word and comedy. The track listing includes satirical pieces on topics such as poetry, language, politics, and cultural observations, delivered in Rollins' characteristic intense style.
