The 2022 Open de Oeiras – Singles was the singles event of the fifth edition of the Open de Oeiras, a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was part of the 2022 ATP Challenger Tour and took place in Oeiras, Portugal, between 28 March and 4 April 2022.

Top half
In the top half, Nino Serdarušić defeated qualifier E. Kırkın and Pedro Sousa in the first two rounds, then overcame qualifier Noah Rubin in the quarterfinals (6–7⁵, 6–2, 7–5). In the semifinals, he defeated sixth seed Nuno Borges 6–2, 6–3.
Bottom half
In the bottom half, eighth seed Alessandro Giannessi reached the semifinals by defeating Giulio Zeppieri in the quarterfinals (1–6, 7–5, 6–3). Gastão Elias defeated seventh seed Vít Kopřiva in the quarterfinals (6–3, 6–2) and then beat Giannessi in the semifinals 6–3, 6–3 to reach the final.
