The 2021–22 Qatar Stars League (also known as the QNB Stars League for sponsorship reasons) was the 49th season of the top-tier professional football league in Qatar. The season commenced in September 2021 and concluded in March 2022.
Al-Sadd SC won the championship, securing their 16th league title. The league featured 12 teams competing in a double round-robin format. Al-Duhail SC finished as runners-up, while Al-Wakrah SC and Al-Khor SC were relegated to the Qatargas League (second division) for the following season.
The league's top scorer was Michael Olunga of Al-Duhail SC, who netted 25 goals during the campaign. The season was impacted by the scheduling constraints of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which was hosted by Qatar later that year, leading to a compressed calendar.
