The season began on 28 March 2021 with a 22–10 win over Huddersfield Giants. Notable results included:
- A 35–4 victory over Salford Red Devils (Round 2)
- A 64–22 win against Leigh Centurions (Round 10) — the highest-scoring match of the season
- A dramatic 23–22 win over local rivals Hull Kingston Rovers (Round 20) in front of 15,000 spectators
- A 0–10 home loss to Wigan Warriors (Round 24)
- A 12–44 defeat to Wakefield Trinity (Round 25) to close the league campaign
Challenge Cup
Hull FC reached the semi-finals of the 2021 Challenge Cup:
