The 2020–21 Presbyterian Blue Hose men's basketball team represented Presbyterian College during the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Blue Hose were led by second-year head coach Quinton Ferrell and played their home games at the Templeton Physical Education Center in Clinton, South Carolina, as members of the Big South Conference.
The team finished the season with an overall record of 7–15 and a 5–12 record in Big South play to finish in tenth place. In the Big South tournament, they were defeated by High Point in the first round.
As with most collegiate sports during this period, the season was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a modified schedule and specific health and safety protocols regarding attendance and competition. Under Coach Ferrell, the team focused on rebuilding the program within the conference hierarchy. Notable players during this season included Rayshon Harrison, who was named the Big South Freshman of the Year after leading the team in scoring.
