The 2018–19 Tweede Divisie was the third season of the re‑established Dutch Tweede Divisie, the third tier of the Netherlands football league system. The season ran from 18 August 2018 to 26 May 2019.
Competition format
- The league comprised 18 clubs.
- Each club played every other club twice (home and away) for a total of 34 matches per club.
- Teams received three points for a win, one point for a draw and none for a loss.
- The club with the highest point total at the end of the season was declared champion.
- Promotion to the Eerste Divisie was not available for this season because a moratorium on promotion/relegation between the professional and amateur tiers was in effect.
- The bottom two clubs were relegated to the Derde Divisie.

- Champions: AFC (Amsterdamsche FC) finished first with 71 points.
- Runners‑up: De Treffers placed second.
- Relegated: SV Spakenburg and Westlandia (the bottom two clubs) were relegated to the Derde Divisie for the 2019–20 season.

Context
