The 2018 Mitre 10 Cup was the thirteenth season of New Zealand's professional provincial rugby union competition, operated by New Zealand Rugby. The tournament featured fourteen of the country's top provincial teams, which were split into two divisions: the Premiership (the top tier) and the Championship (the second tier). Each team played a round‑robin schedule, after which the top four teams in each division entered a knockout stage consisting of semifinals and a final.

Premiership division

Championship division

Competition format
