The 2018 Malaysia Cup was the 92nd edition of the Malaysia Cup, a premier knockout football competition in Malaysia. The tournament was contested by the top teams from the Malaysia Super League and Malaysia Premier League, organized by the Malaysia Football League (MFL). It commenced on 4 August 2018 and concluded with the final on 27 October 2018.

The final of the 2018 Malaysia Cup was contested between Perak FA and Terengganu FC on 27 October 2018, at the Shah Alam Stadium. The match was a thrilling encounter that ended in a 3–3 draw after extra time. Perak FA ultimately emerged victorious, winning the penalty shootout 4–1. This marked Perak FA's eighth Malaysia Cup title, and their first in 18 years.
