The 2018 China Open was a badminton tournament held in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China from September 18–23, 2018. It was part of the 2018 BWF World Tour and was a Super 1000 event, making it one of the highest-level tournaments on the tour. The tournament was organized by the Chinese Badminton Association and sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation (BWF). Players competed in five disciplines: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. Prize money was awarded to the winners and runners-up in each category, with the tournament attracting top badminton players from around the world.
