The 2016 Croatia Open Umag (also known as the Konzum Croatia Open Umag for sponsorship reasons) was a men's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 27th edition of the Croatia Open and part of the ATP World Tour 250 Series of the 2016 ATP World Tour. The tournament took place at the International Tennis Center (ITC Stella Maris) in Umag, Croatia, from 18 July through 24 July 2016.

Fabio Fognini defeated Andrej Martin, 6–4, 6–1.
- This was Fognini's only singles title of the 2016 season and the fourth ATP singles title of his career. He became the first Italian winner in the tournament's history.
