The 2013 Chrono Champenois – Trophée Européen was the 24th edition of the Chrono Champenois – Trophée Européen, a women's individual time trial bicycle race held in France. It took place on 15 September 2013 over a distance of 33.40 kilometres (20.8 miles). The race was rated by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) as a 1.1 category event. It was one of the few single time trial events on the 2013 women's cycling calendar and served as the final test before the time trial at the 2013 UCI Road World Championships.
The time trial started and finished in Bétheny, with the course passing through Bourgogne, Fresne, Pomacle, Caurel, Berru, and Witry-lès-Reims.

Ellen van Dijk of the Netherlands won the race with a winning time of 43 minutes and 49 seconds. Her Specialized–lululemon teammate Carmen Small of the United States finished second, 1 minute and 43 seconds behind. Shara Gillow of Australia placed third, 2 minutes and 7 seconds behind the winner.
