The 2010–11 Women's LEN Trophy was the 12th edition of the second-tier European water polo competition for women's clubs, organized by the Ligue Européenne de Natation (LEN). The tournament featured clubs that did not qualify for the LEN Champions Cup or were eliminated during its early stages.
The competition concluded with a two-legged final held in April 2011. The Italian club Rapallo Nuoto won the trophy, defeating the Dutch club Het Ravijn. This victory marked the first European title for Rapallo Nuoto.
