The 2003 Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) men's basketball tournament was a postseason competition held from March 7 to March 10, 2003. The tournament took place at the Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia. This was the 21st edition of the event, which determines the champion of the CAA and the recipient of an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament.
The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) won the championship, defeating Drexel University in the final with a score of 70–62. This victory marked UNCW's second consecutive conference title and their third in four years. Brett Blizzard, a guard for UNC Wilmington, was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player for the third time in his career.
The tournament featured ten teams from the conference. The top two seeds, UNC Wilmington and George Mason, received first-round byes. Following the tournament victory, UNC Wilmington advanced to the 2003 NCAA tournament as a 13th seed in the South Regional. No other teams from the CAA received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament that year.
