The 1991 Yugoslav Open – Doubles was the men's doubles event of the 1991 Yugoslav Open, a professional men's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts at the ITC Stella Maris resort in Umag, Socialist Republic of Croatia, Yugoslavia (now Croatia). It was the second edition of the tournament and was held from 13 to 19 May 1991 as part of the ATP Tour's World Series category. The doubles draw featured 16 teams with 4 seeded pairs.
Defending Champions: Vojtěch Flégl and Daniel Vacek were the defending champions from 1990, but Flégl chose to compete at the Rome tournament during the same week. Vacek teamed up with Tobias Svantesson instead and lost in the first round to José Luis Aparisi and Vicente Solves.
Champions: Gilad Bloom (Israel) and Javier Sánchez (Spain) won the title, defeating Richey Reneberg and David Wheaton (United States) 7–6, 2–6, 6–1 in the final.
