The 1962 Tour of Flanders was the 46th edition of the Ronde van Vlaanderen, a one-day professional road cycling classic held in Belgium. The race took place on April 1, 1962, covering a total distance of 256 kilometers. The course began in Ghent and concluded in Gentbrugge.
The event was won by Belgian cyclist Rik Van Looy, who claimed his second victory in this classic following his first win in 1959. Van Looy won the race in a sprint finish against a small lead group. Michel Van Aerde finished in second place, and Norbert Kerckhove completed the all-Belgian podium in third.
The 1962 edition started with 151 riders, of whom 48 officially finished the race.
