The 1958–59 Yugoslav Cup was the 11th season of the premier knockout football competition in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Historically known as the Marshal Tito Cup, the tournament featured participation from football clubs across the various republics of the Yugoslav federation.
The competition followed a standard knockout format, beginning with preliminary qualifying rounds organized at the regional level, eventually narrowing down to 16 teams for the final stages of the national tournament. The 1958–59 edition concluded with the final match held on May 23, 1959, at the JNA Stadium in Belgrade.
In the final, Red Star Belgrade (Crvena zvezda) faced Sloboda Tuzla. Red Star Belgrade won the match with a score of 3–1, securing their fifth title in the competition's history. The victory reinforced Red Star Belgrade's status as a dominant force in Yugoslav football during that era. For Sloboda Tuzla, reaching the final represented a significant achievement, as they were the first club from Bosnia and Herzegovina to reach the final of the Yugoslav Cup since its inception.
The tournament served as a major fixture in the Yugoslav sporting calendar, providing a pathway for clubs from lower divisions to compete against the established teams of the Yugoslav First League.
