The 1951–52 Magyar Kupa was the 23rd season of the Magyar Kupa (Hungarian Cup), Hungary's premier knockout football competition. It marked the official return of the tournament after an eight-year hiatus, having been suspended since the 1943–44 season due to World War II and its aftermath.
The competition was organized by the Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ) and featured teams from various levels of Hungarian football. The final was contested between Bástya Budapest (today known as MTK Budapest FC) and Dorogi Bányász.
The final match took place on June 29, 1952, at the Népstadion in Budapest. Bástya Budapest defeated Dorogi Bányász by a score of 3–2 after extra time, securing their first-ever Magyar Kupa title. This victory was a significant achievement for Bástya Budapest during an era when Hungarian football was experiencing considerable success, both domestically and internationally.
