103rd Street–Washington Heights station is a commuter railroad station on Metra's Rock Island District line, located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The station is situated 12.0 miles (19.3 km) from LaSalle Street Station, the northern terminus of the line. In Metra's zone-based fare system, it falls within fare zone 2.

As of 2018, the station ranked as the 187th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 101 weekday boardings. As of June 2026, it is served by 17 trains on weekdays and 19 trains on weekends and holidays.
Facilities and Location
The station is located at 10335 South Vincennes Avenue in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Chicago. It has one side platform and two tracks. Trains from Chicago operate on track 2 (the west track), while trains to Chicago operate on track 1 (the east track). Parking is available from 104th Street and Throop Street off 105th Street, along the right-of-way of the former Pennsylvania Railroad "Panhandle Line." The station is accessible to persons with disabilities.

Bus connections are provided by the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), including routes 9 (Ashland), 103 (West 103rd), and 112 (Vincennes/111th).
History
The station previously served the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad on its Main Line suburban service. Former neighboring stations that have since closed include Givins (closed 1984) and 99th Street–Longwood (closed 1985).
Surroundings
The 103rd Street–Beverly Hills station on the Rock Island Suburban Branch is located approximately three-quarters of a mile west of this station, where the Suburban Branch takes a more westerly path through the Beverly Hills neighborhood of Chicago. Nearby destinations include Julian High School.
