101 Marietta Street, formerly known as Centennial Tower, is a 140-meter (460 ft), 36-story skyscraper located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. The building was completed in 1975 and underwent a significant renovation in 1998, which included a new facade, a name change, and the addition of chevrons that increased its original height from 136 m (446 ft) by 4 m (13 ft).
The property is classified as a Class "A" office building and comprises approximately 600,000 to 674,994 square feet of floor space. It was designed by the architectural firms Cooper Carry & Associates and Neuhaus & Taylor, and is styled in the Modernist architectural tradition.
