100 Greengate (also known as Anaconda Cut and, during development, Exchange Court) is a 44-storey, 131-metre (430 ft) residential high-rise building in the Greengate area of Salford, Greater Manchester, England. It contains 350 apartments and, as of 2026, is the second-tallest building in Salford after Cortland at Colliers Yard (153 m) and the 15th-tallest in Greater Manchester.
The building was designed by OMI Architects and developed by Renaker. Construction began in May 2016 and the building was topped out in March 2018, completing that same year. The tower features a lower 16-storey elevation clad with aluminium panels, while the main tower is covered with reflective metal panels set behind glass. The site is bounded by Trinity Way to the north and Greengate to the south.
The name "Anaconda Cut" derives from a 1960s engineering project that straightened a snake-like bend in the River Irwell to prevent flooding in Salford, as well as from the Anaconda Copper Works that formerly occupied the site. The building is part of a major redevelopment of the Greengate area and offers amenities including a communal roof terrace, sky lounge, gym, concierge service, co-working space, and yoga studio.
