&Team (pronounced "andTEAM") is a global boy group formed by HYBE Labels Japan. The group consists of nine members: K, Fuma, Nicholas, EJ, Yuma, Jo, Harua, Taki, and Maki. &Team was formed through the HYBE Japan's audition program "&Audition - The Howling -" and debuted on December 7, 2022, with their EP "First Howling : ME."
The name "&Team" reflects the group's ambition to connect different individuals and create a cohesive team. The ampersand (&) symbolizes connection, emphasizing the bond between the members and their fans.
